...y of working- They haven't paid most artists and would harass us, the employees. while the company is growing and opening new restaurants but they cannot pay. A lot of harassment was faced, and nobody did anything. Even is you join this never ever work with Aanisa Maqbool.

Before joining i was very happy because i heard about this company many hotelier people knows in delhi NCR.

in our Hotelier industry everyone known first impression is your last impression. i sent my resume to one of my friend he was working one cafe that was also part of bel cibo group after that he sent my resume to HR then HR he schedule my interview after all formalities they selected me as a snr captain after that what happened i sent my resume for elina vara but they hired me for Begum restaurant after i gave resign then they called me and he said we will refer u to khubani i said ok after then 1st feb one i join and i went in khubani after 2 hours they called me again and he said there is enough staff so we can't keep u here u have to report in imperfecto Janpath i said that is too far for me he said right now u have only one option. before i resign from previous company i told them i can't work in janpath after i left company and join khubani then they are saying like this. what rubbish , i was thinking this is a Limited group so it will be nice for my career but they did like this. HR told me when i reached in head office this is very nice company if any problem with any management u can coordinate with us but here is HR they did wrong with me who is responsible for that. i am jobless because of this belcibo group. i have a small request to u don't do like this with any lower class people. thanks regards Parmar

They are big bosses for whom employees are just like napkins. They transferred me without notice from one outlet to another outlet at indefinite distance anytime without notice. And still asking for one month notice to give full and final settlement. Ultimate control.

There is a lot of politics. Staff behiver is very bed. Owner can't take the decision. No take any decision by HOD. Always tension. Very badly behavior with staff of owner on what'sapp group and FTF. JOB security zero. No any facility. No any discipline maintain by staff and owner. HR only for formality. You can't take the department decision as HOD.
