Working in bekaert is a very different experience, you don't see machine as like SPM, CMC/VMC but a unique traditional machines particularly used only for bekaert, not much to learn.

The biggest Disadvantage working in bekaert is the salary, Bekaert increases your salary to such a extent that no hires you.

Experience New joiner not respect & harassed senior person every movement. So that I was just working 3 months & leave.

Worst company to work with and people will use u and just throw you off. No scope to survive as they r just interested in their own development not considering the fact if the employee is a fresher

Some of contractors who are so rubish I can't explain. Because company don't appointment candidate in compny rule. So contractor ( 3rd party) they are playing future of candidates. They are rude, misbehaving, arrogant and rubish
