For female employee there is no scope to work.

Dislikes

They didn't provide maternity benefits...Not suitable for female working in front end team.Terrible work experience.No humanity in practical .These days even small organization provide maternity benefits.No good work recognition.Politics and favortism.

Being Human is majorly an organisation mainly focused on creating a good team. Against my overall experience with oyher companies, I have seen maximum people working with same frequency towards their duties. Least or almost No people would be interested in being over professional. Not only they give you learning, they stand hand to hand and shoulder to shoulder till you are not confident about your duties....

Dislikes

Sometimes by not being over professional, employee have to compromise their values and follow like a sheep. If you raise voice, there are equal chances either you get support from other collegues or you dont get it. But you never become negative for them.
