Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...t key person of such home like office in their own roles and responsibilities .Company policies are good and provide good salary hike every year as per the policies.Environment and Culture of the Company is best in Amritsar and the main Aim of the owner of the company is not to grow only company but as well as the employees of the company in each and every aspect.
