There is no open or friendly environment for growth of company or employees. Its very very restricted. Management does not value any of your qualities. Here everyone is trying satisfying their own ego rather than company ethics and reputation

No learning or growth, no creative appreciation just do as said if one comes up with a change everyone around you ensures you should be changed
