Top management is not good. There is no scheduled date for salary and sometimes less payment is given and HR says the reason of monthly performance. Full and final settlement is also not cleared.

In Beekay steel industries ltd the best thing is that you can learn any department there is no restrictions. If spoken during covid-19 the company has supported, even after the closure of the plant, has sent full salary. There is even a mask sanitizer.

The biggest problem here is that, there is no salary according to work and there is also no increment. And even if you are doing good work, no one will support you.

The company is use full to learn machinery skills about ower regular production job.more over joint employees are so good to join work with them till end of the day.all over good to learn something from them.
