Company structure is more of centralised system rather than decentralised hence all the process gets delayed, Vendor management is very poor, work life balance for senior level employees are not good. Company need in place many policies in related to company & employee growth.

there is nothing to be like in beekalene. Worst company. It is your bad luck and bad time is going on when you are working beekalene. It is feels that you are in jail and no family life. (12-14 hours working)

Bad Owners, always give bad words to employees. Office time, it is complusory you have to complete work on same day and for that you have site in office till 2am night.

Zero benefits towards employee., Weekly off only, No leaves ,no job security, HODs are under matriculation SSC. Everything is on contract system. Small scale Ind. No personal growth & development..
