There is alot of partiality between employees. Starting salary of employees who have B.Sc degree is less than 8k per month which is very less. Increment is also very less (< 1000). There is a bond of 3 years for which you have to submit your original documents. Mobile phones are not allowed even during the lunch time. Even if you work for years your post remains the same.

If you want to suffer. Do please join this job. No nice salary, not at all, no work life balance, rude seniors, owner of the company is the worst. Every week some people leave their job. Ofcourse, that's no shock

Salary is not at all good. For freshers and also for experienced people. People are also not good at all as everyone is getting low salary everyone's mood is always bad

management,toxic work culture, Underpayment, Less increment, exploitation of junior employees, no benefits, extra working hours with no extra payment for working Sundays, 3 month notice period or 3 month salary while leaving the job
