Salary is not at all good. For freshers and also for experienced people. People are also not good at all as everyone is getting low salary everyone's mood is always bad

There is alot to learn new things here. Teammates are supportive.

There is alot of partiality between employees. Starting salary of employees who have B.Sc degree is less than 8k per month which is very less. Increment is also very less (< 1000). There is a bond of 3 years for which you have to submit your original documents. Mobile phones are not allowed even during the lunch time. Even if you work for years your post remains the same.
