There are so supportive team as wel as leaders, Management takes most of trainning programmes for employe's developement manner . As I'm from Dhule so travelling is so easy for me. I think the systems and machineries of the plant is really adopt latest and highclass technologies that such type of setup couldn't be experience most of industries . The overall experience is excellent as like family culture .

Compensation is decent but growth is slow due to many of reasons .

Working schedule... And also i like the seneoirs guidance theories... Nd like to way they should teach me nd help me in my understanding concern.

In my company job security is depends upon individual performance if once can work excellent then secure of his job. Training sessions are conducted as per requirements of employees or related to safety. Overall good experience with bedmutha wire.
