I have faced fund issues like no monthly salary, pf esi deposits issues... etc.... but when i told them they deposits with proper manner...

Main thing is company gave us salary on time.no any other issues with company..I really enjoyed the work time with this company.

Basically I was working in GGSIP University only the payroll of Bedi & Bedi Associates. Even my bad experience was in GGSIP University not in the Bedi & Bedi Associates. We went sometimes in the of office of Bedi but they are just treating everyone as same. They took time for anything.

Dislikes

I dislike only one thing that they have contract with the GGSIP University because GGSIP University administration is so bad. They are not clearing payments of outsourcing company.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
