Everything... everyone will shout ruthlessly, no roadmap, priority will change in every minute, no management, too much politics, no job security, no one will guide or help you... will call on weekends and holidays and make you work even if u have completed you work. Will ask to stay back and work.

No one in that company will support a freshers and Lot of politics. There is no job security. work culture, management and company policies are too worst. New one cannot survive in that company
