No job security. Employees can be removed same day of joining without seeing their performance. Many employees are already removed from day one of joining to within a year without evaluating their performance. Even after giving offer letter and date of joining, bechtel rejected a day before joining date without any reason. Very risky, use and kick out type company.

1. Despite 125yrs old company the management doesn't foresee the company's goals and conversion. 2. Company works based on hire and fire, normally this is practice of low rated companies. 3. Experience sharing, knowledge sharing, development activities in company is very less. 4. COVID period company did not supported employees and release based on choice not as per work.

The company encourages you to learn and better yourself with their university program. The work invironment is always something unique. The work-life balance is very good and other companies could learn from them.
