The best things here is we get yearly increment.

I did not like supervisor and Immediate manager. They do not work for betterment of the company self goal. If they do not like someone they would not give new Work. Or even they can make your life worst so you will think to leave the job. Also behaviour of supervisors and managers are not appropriate. They tried to control evrything. Work pressure. Company culture is such that you will hardly have time for you. Also if your project is not good, you will be working on something where learning will be negligible.

It pays more than market rate. If unfortunately u have no option but join this company, don't forget to negotiate and ask for atleast 20-30 % more than they are offering.

Dislikes

No work culture at all. You need to work during ur office hours as well as during night ..on Saturday and Sundays as well without any OT. Workload is incesecent, you will get no breathing space to learn. Every 1 including the higher management is insecure about their jobs.
