No job security. Employees can be removed same day of joining without seeing their performance. Many employees are already removed from day one of joining to within a year without evaluating their performance. Even after giving offer letter and date of joining, bechtel rejected a day before joining date without any reason. Very risky, use and kick out type company.

Its all about team work and Bechtel has the correct methods in place for this. Salary and appraisals are very good. The company encourages you to learn and better yourself with their university program. The work invironment is always something unique. The work-life balance is very good and other companies could learn from them.

One needs to re apply for open positions thats available intenally or external when the project are completed or near completion.

Salary. Bechtel pays well and keeps their employees satisfied in terms of finances.

Work pressure. Company culture is such that you will hardly have time for you. Also if your project is not good, you will be working on something where learning will be negligible.

It was a disappointing and frustrating experience with people who seemed insincere, playing with emotions.

I successfully completed all three rounds of interviews, proceeded to salary discussions with HR, and submitted my documents. Excited about the opportunity, I made plans to relocate from Mumbai to Gurgaon, and my family was supportive and happy. However, after a week of silence and unanswered calls, I was shocked to receive a message from HR stating that I was no longer shortlisted, without providing a valid reason. This experience was deeply disappointing and felt like an emotional rollercoaster.
