Salary paid are very less and increments are very slow. Primary aim of company is to make employee work at minimum possible wage. Work life balance is zero. Forced to work on weekend and upto late hours on weekdays. Canteen food is like hell. Never give opportunity to learn by sending employee to US office. India office has no value and behave as puppet of US office. Top management people are very narrow minded. Give false hope and motivation to retain employee everytime. No job security as rapid hiring and firing take place.

...phone. Onboarding is very bad, you need to chase HR for your onboarding process. Compensation and salary structure is designed such a way that it cuts your inhand salary. Benefits are also not as par with other mnc. Just a brand name that HR and managers lure new candidates into.

.... No Ethics and not employee friendly. Unfair layoffs. Don't spoil your career .You may get high salary but no job security. Once the project is over they fire you immediately. You should think twice before joining this company

...o senior levels, like six Sigma cources, mangement cources, team outings etc.. No pay and hike if company doesn't have work and a fear of job security also
