The work-life balance is very good and other companies could learn from them.

One needs to re apply for open positions thats available intenally or external when the project are completed or near completion.

Only liking of this company is that there was no extended hours of working and its pay package. Of course pay-package is good because there is no job security at all.Any time people is fired.

I successfully completed all three rounds of interviews, proceeded to salary discussions with HR, and submitted my documents. Excited about the opportunity, I made plans to relocate from Mumbai to Gurgaon, and my family was supportive and happy. However, after a week of silence and unanswered calls, I was shocked to receive a message from HR stating that I was no longer shortlisted, without providing a valid reason. This experience was deeply disappointing and felt like an emotional rollercoaster.
