there have inside free londery service. So everyone can work in those time too. Offer no tasty food because eat lass and be healthy. Only thing there was inside GYM and sport center. Otherwise I am a crazy man now.

They damage worker's rights. 1 day off after 2 week work. They offer 1/3 portion salary for black or brown skin. As a practice they cheat to consultants. Secretly managers advice 'How to cheat'.

BEJV is very good company. It's provid all facilities related to training, education medical, accommodation, food.

Dislikes

Only some time transportation issues due to local Omani drivers. They not come to office and site timely.

Bechtel Enka Joint venture project they are doing and they finished so many projects together both companies good for his worker and they care about and solved the issue of workers and other so many things they provide his employees

Sometimes and you can say some time project management not good but it's depends on company policy or his staff ⚕️

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
