Work Life balance is difficult to maintain because of the long working hours and salary is not given as per the workload.

Policies are in favour of the company. HR department is should be more transparent before candidate's joining.

They have few perks like diwali bonus, diwali gifts etc.

Dislikes

They always push candidates for signing agreements of 1-3 years. But in times of recession they themselves break the agreement and force candidates to resign else they would terminate. Now most of the candidates will not try to look for jobs before agreement period is over and in between if they are laid off, they are in complete mess. If bebo authority is reading this, please consider providing some form of compensation before laying any employee off.

Lots of politics, you have to fight for your growth. Does not provide good compensation and hike as per the industrial standards for new joinees
