1) Salary never on time 2) Referral Amount haven’t got credited 3) No Travel Allowances 4)No Reimbursement done 5)No Proper Job role Assigned 6)Making us do tasks things which have failed in past 7)Owner of the company interferes a lot 8) Theres no peace, no proper culture , people around you are not helping, having attitude that they are the superior once 9) Promised Us about incentives none of that has been discussed or either will be given after completing targets 10)Quality of the product is worse , no proper tinelime on delivery, you will have to face all the clients abuse, managers abuse and owner abuse, even if its companies fault 11) you will be assigning task of operations, followup calls like bpo, go do field work to take measurements from mba and engineers and graduate students which are supposed to be done by normal labour 12) Will treat you like shit and no respect 13) Dont want to see people in office , Always be out 14) Theres no HR in our company 15) No one has left the company giving notice peroid as they dont give salary, salary slips on time, even they haven’t issue any retention letter or LOR, no FNF is Provided 16) Theres so much more please do not get into this organization

Anyone can develop their skill after working in this company.

There a lot of issues in the management. I have never received my salary on time, in fact after resignation, they never paid my F&F settlement amount and also the relieving letter , I have left that company in 28th Feb 2022. I strongly recommend not to join this company.

...anagement. Being a family owned firm the the owner himself is a egoistic person. Growth opportunities along with the salary aspect as promised are not fulfilled. Monthly Salary credit date being 15th of every month and yet there is always delay and sometimes even worse. Work environment is very poor as the boss himself keeps yelling on top of his voice and uses abusive language with the guts of being the owner of the firm. Also there is no designated work, everybody had to fo what is asked to do irrespective of ur designation. Overall it was a very bad experience.

Nothing good at all regarding this company.

Salaries are always delayed. Management misbehaves a lot. They dont give FnF also. When you resign, the management stops talking to you. Product and service is also pathetic. When irate customers misbehave or call police or give legal notice, the sales team only goes to police every time and takes police and client thrashing, even though he has not received salary since 3 months. Management is not at all supportive.

Extremely unprofessional management. Salaries were delayed (even not paid for a month). The professional set up is more like a local shop where the owner interferes every now and then.It was a nightmare working here. Avoid these so called professionals.
