...undations. Sajal Ghosh, Founder of the company is the worst person to work with. He doesn’t pay salary committed. The company frequently shift its office, earlier it was Panscheel now it is in Green Park. Sajal Ghosh misbehaves with the employees.

While I generally enjoy working at Befoundations, There are a few minor aspects that I find challenging. for instance, at times, the place of work can be quite fast, Which can lead to occasional stress or pressure to meet deadlines. Additionally, Befoundation's structure could be more transparent, as sometimes it is unclear how decisions are made or how projects are prioritized. However, there are small issues compared to the overall positive aspects of working here

I have been working in Befoundations for the past one year and it has been an enriching experience. I have progressed professionally as I have been exposed to many well known brands and have worked on their digital & social media strategies. The office has a great environment if you are willing to be hands on and thrive in crisis. A place where initiative goes a long way!

Terrible workplace hygiene, we were sitting in a windowless basement with sewage fumes. Basic professional practices were ignored, the agency functions on random whims of the owners Sajal and Vandana Ghosh, lacking basic professionalism in their dealings and language with employees. They also lie about the size of the team and the strength of their team to you at the time of hiring. A completely dud agency with no idea what they are doing. Owners claim they are "seniors in the industry" but are clueless about even the basics of the business they run. It is also a discriminatory space that puts down its junior employees who may be less qualified. Salaries were never on time. No fair salary slips or attendance sheets were maintained--they have a peon in the office that submitted our in and out timings on different chits of paper everyday. Not worth the trouble, work somewhere else.
