... management is incompetent and there is a lot of partiality in the organisation. The salary is pathetic and there are no perks…The payrise is based on politics.

Toxic work culture. Unqualified people in upper management.(Director has zero people skill) Micro-management. (BAS cyber mumbai) Less pay, more stress. Unstructured way of working.

Nothing to Like. They will say that you will get huge salary, but if you have any dependencies they will cut your salary.

...rt where you need to get approval for your timesheet from the reporting manager. Now if there is no project, your manager will not approve it, resulting delay in your salary. Eventually when there is project works you need to work on Saturday and Sunday. There is no work life balance. No learning scope. Only work work and work.

Don't join java team.forget worklife balance, never give you clear requirements,they tell think and do yourself. I never seen such stupid Manager .Monday to Saturday after office working sometime Sunday included.

Salary for one person workload of 3. No opportunity for training and development. Before appraisal Mangers be like you are working hard, keep it up you will get appraisal. After give pennies in Appraisal Manager be like I don't know I had given nice rating.
