During Busy Season it gets really busy but other than that it's manageable. Great Learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Compensation is not upto the mark. There is lot of favouritism. There are many things which are still not defined. Office Policy is Hybrid but the issue is that you have to come to 8 days in a month and if you are on leave or there is firm holiday you have to mandatorily complete 2 days per week or 8 Days per month.

Work Environment Workload (30 to 35 Hours per week in non busy season - around 7 months) Flexible Work Hours Hybrid Mode (2 days WFO per Week) Quick Promotions

Dislikes

Management - Easily Reachable but not responsive BDO being a Big 6 Firm - Salary not at PAR or close to Big 4 (at 70% of Big 4 on an average) Increments not in line with promotions and huge Pay disparity Quality of work - Repetitive in Nature and more focused on manuals rather than New Ideas Busy Season (55 to 60 hours per week mandatory - around 4 months & need to work on Weekends as well many time)

Likes

The best part about this company is its People and the culture they bring along. Many can say that since this is just the start, that is why the culture is good, but culture is driven by Management and those are the people employees trust right now.

Dislikes

They should focus more on quality than quantity of work. Also, if they want to retain the employees, market competition in terms of compensation and perks is something they should take look into now.

Likes

They pay salary on time. The interview process is very quick.

Dislikes

1. Job security. As compared to big4 audit firms, job is not secure here. There is a practice of terminating employees for unjustified reasons. 2. Lots of lean period. There are times when the workflow from the onshore team is very less. 3. Pathetic HR practices. No forum for employees to voice their concerns.

Likes

The BDO rise leadership is very accessible even for the very bottom level employees and they have a great vision for the future. There is a high chance of promotion within very short term.

Dislikes

The package which they gives for employees is very less compared to the market standard , also even the promotionis not reflecting in employees CTC.
