Terrible work culture one can ever imagine in a nightmare. We were having strict log-In time but no logOut time. Manager could call even after completing 10/12 hrs shift to implement an enhancement and the best part will be after implementing that new enhancement without thinking about your sleep you will get to know in the morning meeting that was not even required/needed a different thing.

Dislikes

Even after doing 14/15 hrs work and some time continuously 2 days work(without sleep) you are not eligible for getting good compensation. And the one who have lack of knowledge will get promotion. Worst management and full of politics. The irony was the person(Manager) who gets rewards and recognition because of there team mates left the company after all his teammates left the org because of his worst micro management. Many of us left the company because of bad politics I hope now everything will be fine. So All the best

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. You are work alcoholic and work continuously without thinking about your meal and personal or family life. This company is best suit for you. This org will always give you a challenging job with very tight deadlines, you will explore lots of new technologies here. If you think you don't have life and there is nothing to survive, I recommend you to join this org I bet you will definitely gonna miss your old days. And most important thing if you are bachelor or you don't want to hangout with friends or family. Comes join us we have a group of people who hate their family and want get escape from their talk.
