I like about my working is good but salary doesn't increase properly

Iam working at Bdg steel &power pvt ltd here is one concept that is manegement team increase his salary but poor stuff not proper increase his salary

...is average. Company policies are not good Because it will be change every time . appraisals are not fair and they give poor salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of poltics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

It is a good company and it has good culture. Its management is also good. We can achieve more knowledge of all department. Here good suport for junior officer.

There is nothing to like totally frustrated with the company work environment. HOD of the Finance and Audit department is the worst person that I have ever seen in between my work life till date. I have serve more than 8 months in this company but there is nothing to learn. No job security. They were extended your probation period by stating that your performance is poor. The reason behind for extension of probation period is not to enter you in the leave cycle. If you travel for companies work purpose and submit all the TA bill they will not reimbursed your payment fully by stating that cost is too High. Two of my office colleague are facing same issues. The company hold there 800/- rupees. As per my previous experience don't join in this company.

No good point to write. It's a bad company with bad work environment and culture.
