... have to do back and forth just because they had some personal fight in between. They lack fund and if you wish to get salary on time never join. They give salary but no fixed day no explanation even the HR would have no clue about anything.

...ness. Owner of this company want only instant business. They didn't give u time. Salary n Expense not on time. Too many politics on upper level. That's the reason there is no stability for fieldwork employee. In FnF process they deduct salary as well expenses. Negativity in market about this company is very high and that's true. Because before the joining I ignored the negativity but it's true. Don't join this company.

B'desir have good/ luxury brands on their plate. So , You'll be able to learn marketing on good level. I worked closely with the owner Ms. Neha mam and learned a lot in that time period.

It was a good experience working with B'desir but I left because of the profile which they offered me after 9 month's. They mixed my profile more into Admin part which I don't want.

Hi i am Biplab working in BDesir Cosmetics since a long time. This is a Startup organization but work culture like MNC. I realy satisfied and work from my hard. Most of the work paper less and online like signature, reporting and all others. Payment of employee and vendor are satisfactory. During COVID-19 lockdown we work from home with fully support by the company management. People who are relay want satisfactory and peaceful work culture, can apply for a chance to work with this organization.
