There is no job security , they're least bothered of their employees, no work culture and holiday policies, leave , EPF, they're frauding the government.

Dislikes

They don't have work culture, no leave policy, if you're absent for a day your salary will be deducted, NO EPF, Health insurance , sales benefits nothing, a big greedy company, least bothered about farmers too, just revenue generation, assume as a company they don't have full fledged grinding equipment, instead of that they use mixer grinder, you can see the standard of company.

Bcx bio organics is a great place for freshers. Personally this place helped me learn new skills. Joining as a fresher is definitely a difficult thing but the guidance and patience towards me helped a lot . As a startup company i was involved in multitasking and it actually helped me to learn and get exposed to various works. Great part about working here was being part of various research activity happens for the PhD students.

Dislikes

They should improve their Employee welfare activities
