Likes

Work was excellent and support was good from engineers. But not from VP. I left that company before the issue of covid-19.. but I like BCV and also I hate BCV. No support from HR department and company VP

Dislikes

No response from HR and no support from COMPANY VP. He was taking 1000 rupees from every labor per month. There is no value for hard workers and also talented guy

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
