As a fresher u can learn alot. Very good helping nature of colleagues by that u can learn alot. Technically u can learn more in all aspects like full stack developer

...basis of performance , it depends on something else which we may not discuss. 4.poor management and bad mind set as based on comp offs and some other extra work days pay.

Very good atmosphere with teammates while working. We can learn alot while working.

Apart from working environment nothing is good here like very less salary, no team outing, no requirements for employees like good coffee, etc

Best place to start career. Working days are Monday to Friday ( have to work monthly 1 Saturday WFH). Work timings 9.30am to 6.30pm.

Dislikes

...nagement people not stay with their words ( if email communication not happen ). 2) I don't like the salary structure because they deduct gratuity and bonus from monthly salary more over employees will not get deducted gratuity amount in full even after completion 5 years of service ( Ex: deducted Rs. 100 giving Rs. 70 after 5 years of service else forget about it ). 3) Once in 3 months deducted bonus amount will be credited. No extra bonus. 4) No health insurance provided.

Allow to work end to end , you can work multiple technology.

Working culture is not good, general manager and his policy is and salary clarification not clear.managers don't have technical knowledge,just try to finish work.

1) good for absolute fresher just to get a slight exposure of the work 2) team is supportive in work 3) Helpful Seniors.

Dislikes

1) Zero values and ethics of Management, Faculty and Staffs. 2)Poor Manners and addicates by Staff, Faculty and Management. 3) Zero Proffesionalism 4) Zero Administration 5) Taunting, Mocking, commenting, Back biting, ill faming etc. by Senior Faculty and staff to the fresher Faculty. 6) No respect. 8) Groupism and gossiping.
