Resolving user issue through remote tool like (VNC, RDP, Team Viewer & Any Desk) &provide proper solution. Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) used at client site. Understanding of Hardware issues& Configuration related to Barcode Printer, Barcode Scanner& Mobile Devices of well-known brands like (Zebra, Symbol &Motorola etc.) LAN configuration and troubleshoot (Wire & Wireless).
