That having less compensation & benefits. If one person growth in company growth very fast but one person doing more work, giving him best but not found growth in company,

Employee friendly, team members are cooperative. Very much quality products & value for money. You can spend time for your family after normal office hours.

Company is not open to innovation & adopt new technology and new product line.Very slow growth in career as well as salary irrespective of your performance. Some folks are very much arrogant & political...... And many more.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The work atmosphere is very good, people work with more dedication, hospital is well equipped, patient care is good, they always encourage innovative ideas, problems and complaints of staff/patients are always been considered and try to resolve, clinical staff are always updated to provide better medical service... Actually I started my clinical carrier as a X-RAY TECHNICIAN there, but I got a chance to learn and work as a CT TECHNICIAN, all because of SIR Late. DR. SANDIP. MADHAVAPATHY he encouraged me to learn and grow, later I got interested in learning radiotherapy, which is the core Dept of BCH, so after working there for almost 3 years I felt for my course in radiotherapy...

The bad thing about BCH right now is that they are paying very less salary
