Senior leadership and management is pathetic. SAMARTH SHARMA is horrible person to trust and work. Be aware of this name, don't join else they will ask to leave without any reason. Politics to the core...
Even the US leaders are fake, HR is good for nothing when top management is like this...Don't join....it's a waste of time no learnings.....
Very high politics, Senior director like Samarth Sharma, Manager like Aman Kapoor, so called performance Manager like Etika can make anyone life difficult to work at BCG. With Leadership outside India , no body keeps a watch on these people actions , behaviours and politics they do to ruin career of others. They hire people only to meet their goals and then when the work gets complete they look for reasons to fire.
With no one to hear (HR is fake completely) the plea of sufferers their career gets wasted.
Do not join this Company at all... unless you are hard corded political by your nature and can deal with people like these.
Working with BCG is an exceptional experience; we get to meet and collaborate with colleagues from various spectrums, overall creating a very healthy and positive working environment. You are given loads of opportunities to hone your skillsets and work on needs improvement pointers.
Not so competitive salary structure.
Appraisals are generic to entire team and not to your individual performance.
Equal opportunities for growth is limited to only experienced members of the team.
