I am very happy to work with BCforward and the only reason for this is work life balance and job security.

Dislikes

Bad incentive structure, no yearly bonus and very less hikes. These are the things I don't like in BCforward.

Company is good and last working day of the month is ur pay day...thats nice and the hrs are also responsible..

Dislikes

Sudden announcements of changing the jobs and profiles..we have no option left other than doing what company is telling...

... after the employee on deputation was approachable and provided timely response. The salary was credited timely on the first of every month without fail.

Dislikes

I did not find any issues to dislike about during my tenure. The company is growing and any comparison to others may be not warranted as there is one aspect or the other the employees may feel bad about. Overall no complaints

The company is growing and open to innovative ideas. Encourages fresh talent and hardworking employees to reach their goals. Both onsite and offsite work culture is very flexible and easy to handle. Joined BCF as a resource and in a span of 2 years. My personal experience at this stage was definitely not smooth but must say management supports you with every bump of your career.

Politics, Job Security , salary, perks and work-life benefits, apart from these I don't find any issues

1: Samsani Dileep- Account manager in My Company, He is very Helpful and Professional and Very happy to work with him. 2: I am appreciating the HR Team (Sabiya, Chandusha) Who always supported me and quickly responded to my questions/Needs.
