Just do your work and leave cuz there's a lot of communal feeling within the ppl of management depending on that they fires anybody even if he/she have good performance in there work. No job security at all.... They would even not consider genuine reason if you're taking any leave or coming late once in a blue moon.... They'll forceyou to leave by saying either you put the papers or we'll terminate you.... Ravi Malhotra who recently got hired as a recruiting team manager.. Not sure how he got selected in bcforward.. He already ditched one of the company called Avance Consulting and taken a lot of money by showing fake clients and fake placements. He will surely be doing the same in bcforward and he's the one who makes employees resign forcefully. Bcforward is not in safe hands....Read More
