... after the employee on deputation was approachable and provided timely response. The salary was credited timely on the first of every month without fail.

I did not find any issues to dislike about during my tenure. The company is growing and any comparison to others may be not warranted as there is one aspect or the other the employees may feel bad about. Overall no complaints

The company is growing and open to innovative ideas. Encourages fresh talent and hardworking employees to reach their goals. Both onsite and offsite work culture is very flexible and easy to handle. Joined BCF as a resource and in a span of 2 years. My personal experience at this stage was definitely not smooth but must say management supports you with every bump of your career.
