Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

BC Shetty & Co allow you to directly deal with clients even though we're just Interns. Most of the Auditing firms don't allow the Articles to directly interact with clients. Also, there are more awards and recognition for good performance.

Dislikes

Work from home option is not available once in a week

Don't at all join bc Shetty, partners don't have any knowledge, especially sarvotham shetty, Ankit sir has lot of knowledge (we get to learn a lot from him), Im giving bad review only because of sarvotham shetty

Especially because of sarvotham shetty, No professionalism, don't have manners nothing

They are my teacher for getting knowledge about the 'Practical accounting' & They had kept every Saturday for learning new things and realize what we did past days .. Totally its like a college.

Dislikes

Probably Heavy Work but i took that as learning..
