I never worked in my entire life like this worst company..

1. We want to pay money to join this company for the learning process 50k they won't provide us certification or slip for what you made payment. who joins here think that no proper training will be provided by them. No one knows English in that company. All are from rural areas. So they won't have knowledge and communication skills. Company Target is to collect money and cheat the people.. don't even expect stipend. Seniors itself don't know anything about the process then how we will get trained by them. Seniors are attending interview for new project not able to clear the round.. 6 or 7 years of experience senior.. seems to be more funny 😂 my advice is not to join the office and waste your money and time..

Yes I like to continue working at BBSSL. In case of any help relating to technical, official work etc got very much support from the higher authorities namely from Mr. Deepak Gupta, HR Dept. Employees here work as a team supporting each other. Hence policy of the company is good and employee friendly.

For learning it's good,you can take the responsibility on your own.you may get the opportunity to be in core development of project

There is No IT culture, Internally there is monopoly of senior management. management is worse.they hire fresher as Java developer but actually the is not of Java developer.its product specific domain

Work culture is good can be take more experience with company.Latest technology of machine have the company.

Everything depends on boss there is more partiality with the colleagues through boss.Otherwise work culture is good.
