Salary problem. They give new fresher engineer 26k 30k but when you have 1 years experience in this company they have no increment. HR policy is very bad. They rude behaviour.
Good to learn environment, with skilled staff and overall development in fields of client management, stressing, profiling & grouting. Also has various prestigious projects to work upon such as NHSRCL etc.

Delay in increment...
Delay in salary payment i.e on 20 th of next month
Advance salary not allowed.
After one year u will know your increment and in 2nd year u will get. . increment amt is below FD rate.
- low remuneration
- office infrastructure not well kept
- no refreshments available in office except for tea/coffee twice a day
- career growth is slow
- not updated with necessary technology
- work from home is frowned upon due to mistrust in the management that the employees won’t work from home
- any changes in the functioning of the company is resisted since much of the senior staff is beyond 58 years of age and don’t want to adapt to latest tech.
- 6-day week (only second and fourth Saturday is off)
