There is nothing like Rating which matters to them..Utter annoying place to work. Salary never on time. Part payment..even not paid my month salary.. owner not aware what he has to focus on. Even license ownership got expired and not renewed.

CEO Spoorthy Shetty is truly a mentor and inspiration for me. She is the one who will motivate you to grow in the right direction. Great company to work with. If your plan is to grow in your career then this is the right place. So many verticals to work within like Shoot, Franchise, Salons, Academy etc. It is present in many big cities like Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi etc. Lot of motivation from the senior team members.

MY TIME AS A GRAPHICS DESIGNER WITH BBLUNT As a graphics designer, I had the opportunity to work with BBLUNT for about 4 years 6 months, and I can say with confidence that it was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. The team at BBLUNT was like a second family to me, and I always felt supported and encouraged to push my creative limits. In addition to my primary role at work, I was also encouraged to explore and develop my skills in other areas, like video edits and social media management. The company's branding guidelines were well defined which made it easier for me to produce designs that were in line with their vision. My experience working with BBLUNT was nothing short of exceptional. I grew professionally and personally while working with this amazing team, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of such a dynamic and creative company and a brand of my interest.
