No Culture, No decision power, zero development, delay in salary, many time you have to ask for salary. No integrity and ethics in terms of PF submission and tax deduction/Submission.

Fast growing value retail company in india and i feel proud to be a part of this company. Its like a home to me.... Great place to develop your skills. Job is totally secure here. Hard work not always pays you but in mayasheel definitely you will get your values.

Only the salary issue which we get credited after 7th of every month.

Appraisal is done on work experience and company really feel and treat everyone a a family member. Top management is wonderful.

Salary delay. Lp team is not as developed. Internal/Electrician are more involved to destroy reputate feedback in worst due to ego.

Good work culture and environment.The store teammates are slightly supportive and the management is slightly transparent.company politics are good.

There is a lot of politics and the company management doesn't address our issue. Salary decent but career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which me can't resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Not satisfactory about how they pay salary. Counting the months from date 20, this is too bad, or its mean the salary should come into our account on date 20-25. They want us to work really good but the payout is very bad.
