Average Company for short term change for hike in package, but you can’t think to long term in this organisation. Most of the time you will receive threats from superiors regarding job security.

Internal politics, No value for existing employees, Poor salary hike even people on target also, No marketing support which compitators plays in the market. Cheaters, even they are in good position. There is no any value for the candidate. Previously how he was work for the organisation. Poor CTC s poor DA as compare with other MNC companies. Frode commitments. Because of these reason we loss our drs personal relationship. And etc......

Salary on time. Good policy to develop first line manager and to improve inclinic effectivness.

The Gobal polices are not at all implemented. In India there is no implementation of Global compliance. All Indian policy are against the Global compliance policy.
