As regard to the "Job Security", Bayer is a very cool company to survive-in with a fully relaxed environment to grow upon in one's career in being associated with Bayer. The "Work Culture" in Bayer is an excellent one to learn a lot from their operating processes and functioning procedures, from the top to bottom in the professionalism which they maintain over each and every level of their employees, especially in the sales division where I was appointed with. The "Management" had been very sharp at the employees behavioural attitudes and working habits to keep them totally on their finger's point in being also very much warm too with their problems and obstacles that they somehow happened to feel during their working performances in being associated with the business of Bayer. The "Company Policies" had been quite friendly and warm, but also quite strict with the performances and result outcomes. Rest remains nothing to comment on it.

Dislikes

There had been no such formal training given which was a due to us, in being realized by the management even to mandatorily conduct the same at the earliest as per its business rules.
