technology wise not challenging, very difficult to get promoted, salary very low as compared to market standards.

Good work environment and culture in general. Leadership is reachable. Ethics and compliance are enforced really well. Managers are supportive

It's been a great learning curve. Started when the company had less than 100 employees in the bangalore r n d site. Now it's grown 500+ in 2years. The journey had been fabulous.

The work life balance is little bad and the project planning is not that great.

Employee engagement programs. Support from Peers and Seniors. Salary and Growth. Traning from managers and HR's. Org policies.

Only the Work Lift Balance to some extent is fine in this company.

Dislikes

No ethics is followed and anybody can be asked to leave the company anytime all of sudden, absolutely there is not job security. Work environment is pathetic where the senior management is always biased with cherry picks and your accomplishments, contributions in company's development & growth is no longer valued even if you prove with data the Top management does not show any interest to view/listen if you are not a good cherry in their bucket.
