I dont like anything about this company except for owner as he is understanding

Salary not on time, not on company pay roll, pathetic environment, Salaries are deducted without any proper reason and no pf deduction, HR pathetic, doest even listen to problems, they treat employees like shitttt, after leaving job - no letter, no fnf - nobody answers the call at a first place, they need to learn how to treat employees. Demotivating work culture not wt all professional. Would suggest not to join bawa at peak of your career as it will be ruined completely.

... on a contract base. Company won't give you any proof of work nor documentation. No PF , No Appointment Letter, No salary slip, no proof of work. So if you are willing to work without any proof then go ahead. It is the best company for you

No Salary slip No appointment letter No work proofs No documentation They will hire you on contract base HR is pathetic. He himself don't know half of the staff. He will not entertain you if you ask any of the above documents.

Got to learn lot of New developments in bawa group of hotels including improving my skills, costing ,compilling of menus with chefs, Budgets for fnb , opening of new restaurants , bakery though worked in their 4 properties in mumbai .and Good management and staff.

Feeling lucky working with Bawa Group of Hotels All knows this current year 2020 so hard to survive everywhere Shutdown most of the employees lost their jobs due to this pendamic Covid 19 but God grace and our Higher Management support we all got salery on time every month even Diwali Bounas in this hard time.
