Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

You will get the access of few tools except that, you'll not learn anything. Good for freshers though.

Dislikes

Company is running by illiterate, untalented and arrogant people. Company is running by parasites and the whole management is rotten. Their freshers have better experience then their seniors. They don't provide any kind of benefits such as EPF, Medical insurance etc. But they do have a bond policy and if you're a hardworking person then on each increment they will ask you to sign bond.

whole company seniors and employees are interface personal life.. target the perticular employee and one of the employee Akash the, donkey face try to jabdasti harrass and the company support him like he is the boss. The company is for only boy's but for girl's not safe.
