Excellent environment. As a woman I felt 100% safe working there. U can easily maintain Work-life balance. Senior mgmt is excellent & supportive. Learning opportunities are available. You may approach senior mgmt anytime in case of any dissatisfaction or inconvenience. As being the EA to MD I gained a lot of knowledge, experience from him which is helping me a lot till date.

...tem,,all small small decision are taken by MD's,, very rude behaviour by the Hr. They don't pay salary at time and convenience employees to withdraw partially by cash. Don't pay any incentives. They never fullfil there commitment.

These long positive reviews that you are reading for the company. Just observe and think if you are working somewhere currently, will you be putting these types of long happy reviews. I know the owners are trying to correct the company image but do that in real. Your online image will be corrected automatically. If someone joins also, he'll get to know the truth the first day. Very poor tactic. And to the people who are letting them use their account to post these fake reviews, You all know you are doing wrong to the society. Karma will be handling you all in a better way 👍

Bathline is headed by veterans of this industry and are eager to teach all the aspects. Anyone who joins here will learn all the aspects of working in this industry. Be it product knowledge, market knowledge or utilizing your calibre to the max. If you finish your work and targets, there is no pressure post working hours. Bosses are involved in each and every aspect and are supportive wherever the work is stuck. They are like strict teachers in school whom we will remember always for teaching us thoroughly. There are people who have been working since last 30-40 years in the company. Especially the safety of girls is taken very strictly and seriously. I feel completely safe amongst the co-workers. Overall it is a great company to work with.

There are a few employees who always discourage the new comers to keep their position safe. But if you approach to the management they will be helpful.
