Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...n they ask them for money for early release no matter employee has work or not.. According to them pay them 3 months salary if you want to go within 3 months. They should release employee Emmidiate by this also company can save money.

Dislikes

After resign if employee want early release then they ask for money no matter employee has any task or not.

People are very nice, office environment is fun and lively, work is good though sometime pressure is expected but never over whelming

Dislikes

Some policies are there which do affect work from home or other flexibilities, and definately a 2 year bond
