Would have liked every aspect /parameters up to last year.But still payment ,salary and settlement are best .

Sycophants are across the organisation,attrition level recently has grown up due to system failure,management failure ,toxic work culture ,efficient are demoralized. But all these development are new to Bata, creeped in last one year.

...r giving me a chance to work with his own company staff. They give dress shoes . No salary problem.For staff they provide canteen facilities , for children school, temple, girja.

Nothing to like in this company. Maybe the company may have good work culture outside India.But here it sucks big time.

I am really disappointed with the work culture. Only the Store Managers falls under company payroll and the other store associates falls under third party payroll and due to this,if there is any cash or stock shortage, the Store Manager becomes liable for everything. The store Manager has to pay from his pocket all the shortages,or else FIR will be raised from the company. Be careful, I have seen many SM suffering due to someone else's mistake . The company may seem like an MNC but in real life it's worse than a local Kirana shop.

None. only salary will come on time. Think 1000+ before joining.

No internal organisation herirarchy structure in store level.Worst people management company. For newcomers they will not hike any amount from previous employers and they just show our variable highlighted in offer letter and they make people like so high eye opener. Operations support people's like HR and other relevant department complete deaf and dumb. No rewards and recognition.Strict 12+hours job. No safety and security policy sop in company. On audit, if shortages are found they will debit from us with tax in full MRP. But while releasing some surplus after deduction of tax and margin. They will share our personal mob. number in Web, Google, Invoice. They could have share centralised service centre or Store LL no.

Yah ek bahut ghatiya company hai kyonki Maine may 24 me join Kiya tha aur maine 6month Kam kiya jisme salary time se nhi hoti hai aur puri salary kabhi nhi aati har mahine kat kar aati hai

Bahut kharab working hai kyonki inki koi sop nhi hi aur audit manager paise lekar audit karte hai aur ye company ghatiya hai Aur faltu ka diduction hota hi aur hr policy bhi ghatiya hai fnf 3month me nhi ho pata hai
