Co-workers are cooperative. 5 days working. Many things to learn and explore due to different verticals.

...olitics in organization. Head HR, GM Hr, and regional HR spoled to work culture. No adequate salary hike. No support to subordinate to complete their task.

...and leads to pilferage. Manager is doing a job of security guarding the stock. No salary hike irrespective of how good our performance is, above store leaders wont even consider the wellness of store managers. Perfect example of how not to run a management, clear picture of how not to treat your staffs. My HR informed me that anyone from govt or top management asks we need to say evryone here is working for only 9 hours per day. Pathetic execution.

Bata is good brand. Bata is International brand. Bata provide more training for staff. Than more knowledge gain staff. With working bata after staff easily selected job another retail company

1. Office politics... Everybody thinks they are James bond, no one bothers to mind there own business... All are bothered about what the other is doing or thinking... Bosses make your colleagues call you and be on the concall silently and listen to the conversation... And the above is the culture in BATA, since AGES... DISGUSTING CULTURE.
