There is no problem with salary by producing salary at the right time.Two days off in a week Saturday and Sunday. Also about 15 to 16 days are given during Durga Puja and summer vacation in June.

Salary is right time but salary structure is low And the promotion is very slow and in many cases not at all.

Hr team is not help full and they will give you salary after 60days duty timeing is more then 9 hour you have work 10 to 10 O clock

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees....and many more

This company safety security is very good, company staff & manager is polite behaviour in our staff , company work Timing is very strict . Staff is not comming in time security not enter in the gate of the company. ,

Bata is good organisations but employee is very bad...employee was think it's own company and we are owner..they don't follow company rule and regulation..

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths,there is no value a human a employee.
